For the Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

🍽️ Directions

1. Cook the Pasta & Broccoli

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  3. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the same pot.
  4. Drain pasta and broccoli; set aside.

2. Cook the Chicken

  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

4. Bring It All Together

  1. Add cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken back into the skillet.
  2. Toss gently to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.
  3. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to warm through.

5. Serve

  1. Serve immediately, topped with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
