🧂 Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)
For the Pasta
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

🍽️ Directions
1. Cook the Pasta & Broccoli
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the same pot.
- Drain pasta and broccoli; set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken
- Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and let simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
4. Bring It All Together
- Add cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken back into the skillet.
- Toss gently to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes to warm through.
5. Serve
- Serve immediately, topped with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
