  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, extra cheese, drizzle of buffalo sauce
  • For serving: tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, carrot sticks

1. Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar).

2. Mix the Dip

  1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
  3. Add garlic powder and onion powder.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella.

3. Bake

  1. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  2. Top with a little extra cheese if desired.
  3. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.

4. Serve

  1. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Top with sliced green onions or a drizzle of extra buffalo sauce.
  3. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
