- 4 cups canned baked beans (about 2 (28 oz) cans)
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped (optional but delicious)
🍽️ Directions
1. Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
2. Mix the Sauce
- In a large bowl, whisk together:
- barbecue sauce
- ketchup
- brown sugar
- mustard
- Worcestershire
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- pepper
- smoked paprika (if using)
3. Combine Ingredients
- Add the baked beans to the bowl.
- Stir in diced onion and chopped bacon.
- Mix until everything is fully combined.
4. Bake
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly thickened on top.
- If you want thicker beans, bake for an extra 10 minutes.
5. Serve
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm alongside grilled meats, burgers, or your favorite BBQ dishes.
