For the Ham
- 1 fully cooked spiral sliced ham (8β10 lbs)
- 1 cup water or apple juice (for the bottom of the pan)
For the Brown Sugar Glaze
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ΒΌ cup honey
- ΒΌ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Β½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Β½ teaspoon ground cloves
- Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg for extra warmth

1. Prep the Ham
- Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).
- Place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan or large baking dish.
- Pour 1 cup of water or apple juice into the bottom of the pan to keep the ham moist.
- Cover the ham tightly with aluminum foil.
2. Warm the Ham
- Bake the ham for 10β12 minutes per pound, or about 1.5β2 hours for an 8β10 lb ham.
- While the ham warms, prepare the glaze.
3. Make the Glaze
- In a small saucepan, add:
- brown sugar
- honey
- maple syrup
- Dijon mustard
- apple cider vinegar
- cinnamon
- cloves
- garlic powder
- Simmer over medium heat for 3β5 minutes, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
4. Glaze the Ham
- After the ham has warmed through, remove the foil.
- Brush a generous portion of glaze all over the ham, letting it seep between the slices.
- Return to the oven uncovered.
- Bake an additional 15β20 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
- For a caramelized finish, broil on low for 1β2 minutes (keep a close eye!).
5. Serve
- Remove ham from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Spoon any extra glaze from the pan over the top before serving.
- Slice (it should fall apart beautifully) and serve warm.
